Henry Newton Carter was born to Robert N. Carter and Elizabeth Ledsinger in 1827, in Carroll County, TN. He married Sarah Anne Burrow 23 Oct. 1847. They moved to Liberty, Independence County, AR. Henry died in 1860. Sarah Anne moved back to Carroll County with four children and subsequently married Dr. R. D Phillips. They then moved to Texas.
I'm having a terrible time finding a death place, burial place and death certificate on Henry Newton Carter. I've been given three counties as places where he died. One is White County, AR. I've checked them all...cannot find a thing. Any suggestions?
