I am researching my ancestors, who supposedly were buried in Union Hill cemetery in Clay/Jackson Co., TN.Where is this cemetery exactly located? Is it well kept?

Isaiah Crouch "Isaac" Pennington (1825 - 1892) and his wife Louisa Minerva Cherry Pennington (1828 - 1898) are said to have been buried there. Do they have gravestones? I live in Oklahoma, and have not been able to visit the cemetery.
Any help sill be most appreciated! Genealogists and researchers of families are the best people!
