Seeking information on the family and origins of Isaac ANDERSON of Dickson Co. TN. IGI says he was b. 30 Jun 1828, d. 8 Feb 1893 in Dickson Co. TN, bur. White Cemetery (SE corner of the county near Shepherds Mill), source not specified. Vital records show he m. 7 Oct 1847 in Dickson to Martha GLASS b. 1827-1830, d. 1880-1900, believed to be the dau. of James GLASS of Dickson. Census data 1850-1880 show that they had eleven children:

* California b. 1853-1854;
* William T. b. Feb 1856 m. Eliza LNU;

* Stonewall Jackson b. Oct 1863 m. Missouri Palestine RICHARDSON;
* Laura V. b. 1863-1864;
* John T. b. 1866-1867 m. Vina A. RICHARDSON;
* Alexander J. b. 1870 m. Emma F. McGEHEE.
I believe that Isaac is the son of Ezra ANDERSON, who was enum. 1830-1840 in neighboring Hickman Co. TN, but I am unable to test this hypothesis with available information. I will be grateful for any additional information or leads to online or published sources that will she new light on this family.
