The James Cross in Tipton Co. in 1900 was in Fayette Co in 1880. He is either the son of my William Cross or more that likley a nephew. Poss. the son of Williams brother Sampson. Sampson stayed in Sullivan Co. along with another brother Jesse P. Cross. The Jesse Cross living with the Kelly family in 1900 may be the son of my William. Haven't been able to prove that.
