According to my research, my Eliza Ellen Cagle's father was Henry Cagle born between 1760 and 1765 in North Carolina who married Elizabeth Wagoner. Eliza Ellen Cagle married John Henry Taylor born 1808 Montgomery County, North Carolina. They lived near Hardin, Tennessee for a while and had some children there, then moved to near Haleyville, Alabama in Winston County and had more children there. Later in live JOhn Henry Taylor became elected to the Alabama state legislature in 1868 and 1872. I have very little information on him and am hoping to find more information on all of them.
