John STRICKLIN (b.ca1850 in Hardin Co) a younger son of William Berlin STRICKLIN and Mary SEATON may be the same John STRICKLIN who became the father of William Thomas Jackson STRICKLIN in 1871 somewhere in Tennessee. With more information, we may be able to determine if this is our family. Are these some of your lesser known "uncles"? W.T.J.'s father was John STRICKLIN, who moved to the Nashville area as a young man. If they sound like part of your STRICKLIN family, please contact me.
