I am searching for info on the family of John W. Sweeney who was born 1/4/1852 - no info on where or his parents; he married Alice Craig in Bedford County, TN in 1875 and moved to California, and my husband is one of his descendants. Would greatly appreciate anything you might be able to share, since he doesn't show up in most gen files -- no documentation of his parents' names or siblings, etc. Thanks!
