Thanks for the help on James Madison Hart.
I have seen in the 1870 census Susan with son James Hart born also 1850. But in the 1880 census the same Susan is still with son James Hart and Our James M. Hart is married with 2 kids by then. I got so excited thinking it might of been him, until I found them both in 1880.
On James Madison Hart's death cert. it says his father is a D.K. Hart
I have found Heth Hart in Scotts Hill, Henderson Co, Tn in the 1870 census under the name Heath Hart 80yrs old, he is living with Denis Oneal and family. Heath born in NC then went to Ohio.
I have found so far a Maddison Hart, Allen T. Hart, Alexander T. Hart and Ambrose Hart, I believe that our D.K. Hart is there brother and all of the boys are proberly son to Heth Hart.
But Trying to prove it all is the fun part..Well I will wait for you letter and as soon as I get your address, I will send you the pictures, thanks Mandy
