Sally,
The Adamsville Road you are referring to could be what is now Highway 64 (Old Stage Road). Delaney Loop is about a mile north of this road in Crump. Highway 69 north at this place was the primary road to Lexington in 1900. You can get to Adamsville very easy from Delaney Loop thorugh Jot-em-down, or better still, turn left just past West Hardin School, but that might not have been the quickest way to get there.
