Buddy - I am a ggg grandson of James and Penelope.
My GG Grandfather was Chapman L. Terry, b. 08 July 1824 in , Limestone County, Alabama and d. 22 October 1898 in Cartwright, Limestone County, Alabama.
My Great Grandfather was Robert Allen Terry, b. 03 December 1862 in Cartwright, Limestone County, Alabama and d. 13 October 1928 in Greenville, Hunt County, Texas.
My Grand father was David Dawson Terry, b. 08 March 1889 in Cartwright, Limestone County, Alabama and d. 26 June 1980 in Denison, Grayson County, Texas.
My Father was David Dawson Terry, Jr, b. 10 May 1921 in Greenville, Hunt County, Texas, d. 15 March 1986 in Denison, Grayson County, Texas.
and I am David Dawson Terry III, b. 30 April 1943 in Greenville, Hunt County, Texas.

Mostly weddings and family reunions. My closest Terry relatives still living that I have contact with besides my younger brother are two descendants of Allen Favor Terry, James Terry's youngest son. My children are all girls and my brother only had a girl. I have a number of grand children but my branch of the Terry name stops with us.
I would like to hear from you and also any others from this line. I have lots of info that I can share.
