I have relatives there too, including Poindexters. Pergamus very hard to find. It's surrounded by forest, with a trailer park blocking the view from the highway. No longer active, it is very neglected and many of the stones have disappeared. Best directions obtainable from the courthouse, try the county clerk's office and they'll direct you, they are very helpful. It is about 3 miles S. of Savannah on the main highway to the dam area, to your left. (Note that I was told that the Poindexter graveyard was submerged when the dam was constructed.)
