Catherine Maddox married John Brooks, (this is not in the marriage books)Catherine is the daughter of Thomas Maddox and Frances (Franny ) Roberson,(married abt. 1819) article is about the Maddox family and only gives John Brooks name, Catherine's sister Lucinda (Lucy) married Thomas Brooks, and sister Sarah (Sally) married George W. Brooks, (same article ), there is eleven children. I am not sure if this is the John Brooks you are looking for. could be!.
