Thomas McQueen married Barbary Wills (1780-1855), daughter of Lewis Wills of Johnson County, TN. In "The McQueen Family of Johnson County, TN" by Carl B. Neal, Thomas and Barbara eloped about 1802. No record has been foudnof their marriage. Thomas died in Johnson County, TN June 8, 1850. The couple had 15 children.
