William Augustus and Alice Ward Bowman
In 1900 My Grandfathers Brother "Gus" Bowman was enumerated in teh census of Johnson County age 23
Wide Alice(nee Ward) age 32(est)
He was born in Alexander or Caldwell county NC
The son of Noah and Harriet Teague Bowman
In a 1906 Publication by A L Crouse he is listed as having a son Granville and living in TN.
I cannot find this Family anywhere in the US in 1910 by any spelling or variant.
I have found several Alice Bowmans living single or with other families.
I presume that William Augustus Bowman and Son Granville died before 1910 and are buried in Johnsosn County TN
would someone be so kind as to check the Cemetery
or death records?
