Thank you Mrs. Hathcock the info you sent me has led me in other directions. I was at a stand still, so once again thank you so very much. I have some info that may help you but may not so here goes. The following was recieved from my wifes' uncle Roy Harrison Dempsey Jr's son who has family bible.
Dempsey Walter Harrison Sr.
born: 23 Dec. 1874
Died: 18 Oct. 1912
Married: Daisey Mae Forsyth date unknown
She was born: 3 May 1879
Died: 25 Sept. 1950
She remarried a J.D. Smith but not sure when.
Also Dempsey Sr's Parents John Harrison and Mary Francis Nelson where married 27 Aug. 1873 but once again not sure where.
Dempsey Jr. and Mabel McKnight Had 9 children:
1) Roy Elbert-Living
2) Troy Delbert-Deceased: Roy and Troy are twins
3) Jerry Walter-Deceased: Wifes' Father
4) Loyd Ray-Deceased: died 21 Sept. 1947 7 or maybe 9 yrs.
5) Stillborn Female
6) Stillborn Female
7) Diane (Timbs)-Living
8) Ailene (Nelson)-Living
9) Betty Sue (Elder)-Living
not sure as yet waiting for word but they may have been married abt. 1937.
