Thank you for your response. I am familar with the Pickard, Coopers, Sharps, Williams, Kennedy's and McClain's from Maury/Lewis Counties as I was raised in Maury Co., and my parents live in Lewis Co in the Mt. Joy community. West Fork area, near the McClain cemetery, where the author of the letter is buried and related to me. I have posted information on the letter in several Tx counties where the Pickards had moved. My father just passed away in Feb and I have not been back into the genealogy forum since then and need to get back in. Thank you for your response.
