Last will of Moses L. Wheat The last Will And Testament of Moses L. Wheat of Lenoir City, Tennessee. I, Moses L. Wheat of Lenoir City, Tennessee being of sound mind do hereby make and declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me heretofore. First. It being my will that all my just debts, including my funeral expenses be paid out of any estate I may die possed of. Second. I give and devise and bequeath unto my children to-wit; to George Wheat $5.00 to Will H. Wheat $5.00 to Mary Dickerson $5.00 to Carrie Bashers $5.00 and to Ernest Wheat $5.00 the same to be paid out of any estate left after my just debts and funeral expenses have been paid. Third. I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Bettie Wheat all the remainder of any estate including personal property, household goods, money, real estate or other effects to be hers during her lifetime, ther remainder to go to my children, to-wit; James Wheat, Ralph Wheat, Paul Wheat and M.L. Wheat Jr. But my said wife shall have the use of all said real estate during her life time. Fourth. I appoint my son George Wheat my sole exector in the administration of my affairs uner the provisions of this will and he is hereby relieved of making bond. In Witness Whereof, I Moses L. Wheat do hereby set my hand and seal in the presence of witness to this, my last will and testament on this the 25 day of October, 1926. Signed and delievered in our presence and at his request we hereunto set our hand as witness to the above last will and testament of Moses L. Wheat on the 25 day of October, 1926. S. C. Brown. W. C.
