Elenor Coward marriage to W.W. Bogard

Elenor Coward daughter of Benjamin Coward and Mary "Polly" Galloway.

There is a Loudon County marriage of W.W. Bogard to Eilnor Corvared Aug 3, 1871. Does anyone believe that "Corvared" might actually be "Coward"?

Benjamin Coward and Bogard families were active members of Cave Creek Baptist Church in the 1850s and should have known each other.

Benjamin Coward and Family had moved to Davidson County TN sometime between 1870 and 1880. 1880 Davidson County Census lists Benjamin Coward (69), Mary (52), Elinor (37), Sarah (30), Catherine (27), Samuel (14), James (12), and Mary (5). If Elinor had married W.W. Bogard either he died or they separated and Elinor remined with her family.

Ellenor Coward had a son out of wedlock in 1866 by F.E. Apperson. Samuel (age 14 in 1880 census) belived to be illigitmate son of Elinor Coward.

This is not the Elenor Coward that married John Wilson Morton on Feb 27, 1877 in Loudon County TN. That Elenor was daughter of James Coward and Jane Galloway.

I have interest in any information concerning the Coward families in Anderson/Roane/Knox and Loudon Counties.
