The McClung Collection of the East TN Historical Center in Knoxville, TN has a copy. Maybe you can go there to see it or see if you library can get it on inter-library loan. I couldn't get it on inter-library loan so my library had them copy a couple of pages that I needed and sent it to them for me. Hope this helps.
