In 1838, Reuben Hail-Hale was listed as having 4 children in the schools of District 2 of Madison CO, TN. Jesse Stubbs was listed as a marriage witness on 18February 1832.(Later, Reuben Hail and Jesse Stubbs are next door neighbors in the 1850 census of Greene-Christian County census--Reuben Hail named his youngest son, 'Jesse Stubbs Hail') John T. Boals(Bowels) was married to Rachel Stubbs on 9August 1831 in Madison County, TN. Boals and Hail were also friends in Greene-County MO later and signed documents for each other. Boals-Stubbs-Hail seemed to be related. I would like to know how. I need to find out who the parents are of Reuben Hail. Please help. brian in springfield missouri
