I have an article that says William McKnight was the father of Christiana McKnight. The article also says that he married Mary "Polly" Price. I have also seen that James married Mary Price and a great aunt of mine did some research years ago and her work says Christiana's father was James. Does anyone know which one is right? Also was this the William that come from Scottland? Was he also the McKnight that died in 1805 in an accident with a horse?
I have tried the McKnight forum but with all the same names I only got more confused. I would appreciate it if someone could detangle this foe me. Thank you.
