our arch and elizabeth carter harris' son jabez harris married in 1860 in cleburne co, al elizabeth williamson, daughter of g.w. williamson and wife mary/ polly thrasher williamson.
our jabez harris was killed in the civil war but his widow and their 3 children: lucinda harris; jabez harris; and archie harris had moved by 1870 to lincoln co, tn where they were living with her mother and near her grandmother delilah mc farlin thrasher, wife of jesse thrasher.
by 1880, mahale elizabeth williamson harris had re-married henry clark and they were living in marshall co, tn. we cannot find what happened to them after 1880?
if you have any info on these families that would help me locate the descendants of our jabez harris, i would appreciate hearing from you.
