Leslie. I'm trying to locate a Samuel Mayes, born July 5, 1759, in SC, and died June 22, 1841 in TN. He was in the ARW. Me was married to Mary Frierson. I have information that they moved to Maury County in 1808 as part of the Zion Colony. I'd appreciate any information you have on him, including the names of his parents. Thank you. Carolyn Mayes
