My 3rd greatgrandfather moved to Maury County, Tennesse in 1809, Gaskill Branch was named for him. (Robert J. Gaskill born March 1, 1793 in Virginia, died March 26,1856 in Maury, Tennessee married Elizabeth Haynes May 9 1816 in Maury, Tn. Many of his descendants were born,raised and died in Maury County. I plan on making a trip to Maury County July 21-25, 2008 and would like to meet with anyone who knows anything about the Gaskill's. Would appreciate hearing from anyone knowing a Gaskill in that area. Linda Gaskill Hilton
