Does anyone have information on the family of John P. Campbell who married Luanza W. Smith in Maury County on 9-25-1827? John and Luanza later resided in Nashville, Tennessee where John was pastor at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
John was born c1802 in Tennessee & died in 1868 in Nashville.
Luanza was the daughter of Reuben Smith & Mary "Polly" (Miller) Smith. She was born in 1808 in Halifax County, Virginia.
They had six children - Porter Smith Campbell was born 7-23-1828 in Maury County. He married Ann D. Miles, daughter of Bedford W. Miles & Narcissa (Leeper) MIles. - Reuben Campbell was born in 1830 in Tennessee - Martha Campbell was born in 1832 in Tennessee - Eliza Campbell was born in 1836 in Tennessee - Rith Campbell was born in 1839 in Tennessee - Julietta Campbell was born in 1841 in Tennessee.
Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
