Maury Co., Tennessee Fields found in unknown Bible transcription

I have a photo copied transcript portion of an unknown family Bible that lists several FIELDS family members. I do not have and have not seen the original Bible record.

My connection is to the family of Sarah J. Fields Harbison (1811-1872). Family tradition states that Sarah Fields was the daughter of William Fields and his wife Mary Harbison both of Maury County, Tennessee. Also, that Sarah was a sister to Hannah Bennett Fields Meece (1805-1860). However, I have seen comments stating Hannah Bennett Fields Meece was the daughter of William Fields and his wife Sarah Harbison both of Maury County, Tennessee.

James (1808-1855) and Sarah Fields Harbison both died in Wayne County, Tennessee. They had ten children.

William (1814-1881) and Hannah Fields both died in Polk County, Texas. They had six children. William Meece married Nancy C. Godfry Burroughs (1823-c1902) after Hannah died.

Can anyone make a connection between the Fields family members mentioned in the Bible record transcript? Specifically, how do Mary Fields, d. 1798; Sarah Fields, d. 1833; Edie Fields, d. 1834; and Branton Fields, d. 1836 connect with the families of Sarah Fields Harbison and Hannah Bennett Fields Meece? Does anyone have a record of William Fields and Mary or Sarah Harbison Fields families? Are Sarah and Hannah related to the William Fields )c1810-1858 of “Fields Scrapbook” fame?
