All I have is a book with the names of the grooms and the brides and the date and the county in Tennessee; The book is Early East Tennessee Marriages, Vol. 1, Grooms by Sistler;
HOOD, Wm. to Sally McCall 10/28/1817 (K) Knox Co., TN
