Anyone researching the above STEWARTS? I believe Mary Ann Stewart who married Richard TAYLOR Dec 1851 in Meigs Co TN is possibly the dau of JAMES STEWART & DICY ADAMS/ADISON who
went from Meigs Co TN to Independence Co AR in late 1840's. I cannot find Mary Ann Stewart on the Meigs Co TN 1850 or the Ind. Co AR 1850 Census . Richard & Mary Ann are in the 1870 Independence Co AR Census living next door to James and Dicy.
The Taylors, McDaniels & Autrys went to AR from Meigs Co TN about 1868.
