Moore Family in McMinn County 1850

I am researching the William Moore family that is listed in the 1850 McMinn County, Tennessee Census.

William Moore       Va
Elizabeth               Va
John                      Tn
Susan Self              Tn

We think this William and Elizabeth migrated to Greene County, Missouri and eventually settled in Webster County, Missouri. I do not know if this William Moore is related to anyone in McMinn County, but there is a possibility that he is related to a Moore family in Jefferson County. However, this is a DNA match and we cannot connect them on paper.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have hit the genealogy brick wall with this line.
