Frankie, I have information on your Whitmore's of Meigs County and the Riggs connection. Howell Whitmore married first Nancy Gamble and second Martha Riggs, daughter of Townley and Charity Guilliams Riggs of Meigs County. I'm a descentant of Townley and Charity also.
