SOUTHERLAND, single, living with her step-father Rufus CAMPBELL)? And in the 1910 census in Murphy, Cherokee County (as Josephine GIBSON, married to Noah, and living with his mother Elizabeth A.)? In the 1918 World War I Draft Registration for Cherokee County, Noah listed Mrs. E.A. Gibson as his closest relative. However, he apparently started to write "J" before changing it to his mother.
