Looking for William Mckinney

I am looking for William Mckinney of Tennessee. I believe he was from Pa. He married Sarah Parker of Tenn. They had a daughter Elizabeth born in Tenn. and a daughter Amanda.there were possibly more children but I don't know their names.
William and family migrated to Arkansas around Yell County but I don't know when. Maybe during the civil war.

any help would be appreciated.
