Here are Arthur and Pearl in the 1910 Knox Co, TN census. It says that Arthur Gann had been married more than once. Pearl was born ca 1888 in Tennessee.

The page this listing is on is very hard to read. There's a Miller family living next door. I think the head is a widow named Mary Miller who was from Georgia. It doesn't appear to be connected to your Pearl Miller but you mihgt want to check it out.
