Upon further review of the information passed down through my family it looks very possible that Phebe could have been in state of Washington with her daughter Mary Ann who married a D.D. Miller according to other family records I have. I never would have guessed it though.
The ages for both Phebe and Mary Miller on the 1910 census appear to line up with the other dates I have for them. Also the name David Miller can't be excluded from the D.D. Miller I already have on record. Wow! Phebe still could have died in Arizona, because I also noticed thats were Mary died as well. Thank you so much Thomas for helping to reveal this unusual twist in my family's history.
