Identification of Broken Gravestone

I work at a university in Nashville, Tennessee. I found a broken gravestone on campus and would like to identify it and get it back where it belongs. The person is identified by only three initials. The first initial is missing. The birth and death dates are complete. The information is as follows.

Middle and last initials are C.F.
Birth date Aug. 13, 1867
Death date Feb. 7, 1923

I don't know of any genealogy searches that will allow me to use such information.

Any help would be appreciated.
