Thomas ROGERS and Rebecca Unknown

Looking for info on Thomas and Rebecca that were married around 1817. They later got a divorce in 1847 due to having another woman live in the house and bearing two children to Thomas. Later in 1849 he remarried a Annie ROBERTS. They were married till the Civil War when she was shot in front of the House in Rafter, Monroe, Tennessee.. He then got married to a Mary RAPER. Any connection and info pertaining to this family would be helpful. Trying to find who their ancestors are and if Thomas is related to the Famous John Rogers of the late 1700's and 1800's. Some of surnames that I am reasearching in the area are. RUSSELL, BAYLES, COFFMAN, FELTY, ROBERTS, and ROGERS.
