i knew Sheriff Thomas Wiseman when he was Sheriff in Moore Co Tennessee. i have put prisoners in the Moore Co jail when he was Sheriff. He was a good man. i was a law enforcememt officer in Lincoln Co Tn. at the time. later i was stationed in Moore Co with the THP (1971 to 1982) & was later Sheriff of Moore Co (1982 to 1986)
