Searching for information on James Mitchell and Sarah Foster. They were married in 1826 in Caswell Co., NC and migrated to Lincoln Co. TN, now what is Moore Co. They settled on land bordering on the old Arbor Primitive Baptist Church property. Their children are: John L. Mitchell, James W. Mitchell, Ibby Louisa(m. John Sawyer), Sarah Catherine (m. Elisha B. Brown), Mary Jane (m. George W. Gattis). After James' death in 1843 Sarah remarried Samuel Smith. Does anyone have any information on any one of these families? I am at a roadblock especially on John L. and Abbey
