Granville Davis appears in the 1910 and 1920 Morgan Co., TN census records with wife, Laura, and children, Dixie, Reba, Mildred and Clarence. Is this the same Granville Davis who was enumerated in Roane Co., TN in 1900? In that census, Granvile Davis (age 25) was living with his parents Phillip and Telitha Davis. He was married to a Maudie (age 22) and had two daughters, Minnie and Mary. Assuming this is the same Granville Davis, can anyone tell me anything about the first marriage to Maudie? Thanks in advance!
