In doing a search, Granville's parents ar Luke and Amanda Davis. Granville age 7 at home on the 1880 census, Morgan C dist 5 pg 569b. siblings: Orlena 10,Calvin 8, Roena 5, General 4 Temple 3 ang Gaines 1. also on the 1870 census with Luke and Amanda, Morgan C. Pinetop pg 29b. Luke's Father is next door Robert 75, Sarah 66 with Lucretia 32 and Russell 26. other siblings of Luke. Bratcher 30 wife Mary 35 Nancy 8m and Sampson 10. Also John 35 wife Mobela 33 with Samuel 9, Cornelia 6 John 4 Craven 1. Luke is on the 1850 Census age 3 Morgan C. pg 304 at home with Robert and Sarah. Other siblings not mentioned Francis [fe] 18 and Pleasant 31 is married and lives next door with wife and kids. Luke is on the 1860 census as well at home still Morgan c. 499a.
Granville married Leora White 2-6-1899 in Morgan C.
Her Mother is Ann E. White and Lora B is at home in Morgan C. dist 4 pg 586b in 1880. A niece lives with them Sorelda A. White.age 19.
It is possible they[Granville and Laura] were missed on the 1900 census or that he is living with siblings or is so misspelled he cant easily be found but it is not him in Roane C.
Try researching some of these siblings for 1900 and perhaps you will find him.
