I have a copy of the following persons original Tennessee Death Certificate:

Name: Sally (Carter) Watkins
Age at Death: 60
Date of Birth: July 28, 1884 in Henry County, TN.
Date of Death: November 29, 1944 in Union City, Obion County, TN.
Race: Colored
Parents: Dave Carter and Patience Owens
Spouse: Henry Watkins
