Jeremiah Woolsey was born in Washington Co, VA & moved to Russell (Present day Scott) Co, VA c 1800 before moving on to Fentress Co c 1810/15. He died in Overton Co. in 1851.
If any of his descendants are still out there, they may be interested in hearing that recent DNA tests confirm that he had a son, Thomas Woolsey Williams (1808-1885) out of wedlock with his niece Mary "PollY" Jeffries. in Russell Co.before his move to Fentress Co. where he startd his TN family.
