In the "History and Families of Perry County, TN", it mentions that Aaron B. Edwards father was David L. Edwards, who was born in Cumberland CO, VA and who moved to North Carolina, to Kentucky, to Lincoln CO, TN and then to Hickman CO, TN. I'm looking for details of David L.'s movements.....specifically where and when he was in these various locations. I believe that my grgrgrandfather, Jacob Lazena Edwards (born 1801), is one of David's sons. However, all of the census data shows Jacob's birthplace to be South Carolina (location unknown). Thanks.
