I am searching for the parents and siblings of Lavona HOLLAND.
I have unconfirmed information that she was b. 9 June 1831, TN, m. 25 Oct 1850, Hardin TN to James Marron Saunders, b. 17 May 1827, Lincoln TN, d. Jan 3, 1900.
My confirmed family info: Lavona Holland, b. TN married James Marion Sanders. James Marion Sanders b. 1827, TN, d. Jan 1900, TX. This family found 1860 Tishomingo, MS, 1870 Alcorn, MS, 1880 Fannin, TX, Lavona as a widow, 1900-1910 Hardeman, TX, 1920 Wilbarger, TX. Census information gives varying ages for Lavona, however, in 1920, she is shown as 89 yrs., b. TN, parents b. VA VA.
Searching in 1850 census, where she most likely would be before the marriage in Oct, 1850, I found the enumeration dates to be in Dec, 1850 and Jan 1851. She does not appear in any 1850 census that I have searched. I believe she was not found in census because her marriage in Oct. predated the census for Hardin, TN taken in Dec. & Jan. I believe she was in MS in Dec of 1850 and know that the 1850 MS census had already been taken.
I believe she belongs to one of these HOLLAND families in the research I have compiled below. Any information or possibility of connection would be most helpful.

1821 Perry gained a portion of N/E Hardin
1845 Decatur formed from Perry
1855 Decatur gained land from the extreme north portion of Hardin*
*The southern most part of Decatur Co. and the northern most part of Hardin Co. encompasses the area of my interest. I believe the changes explain why these Holland families are found Perry, Hardin, and Decatur in census and could possibly never have moved.
1845 petition by the citizens of Perry County to divide the county using the Tennessee River as the western boundary for Perry County thus creating a new county west of the river - Decatur County.
