A John Martindale is shown in the 1820 Pickett Co. census. In the 1850 census appears a Sarah Martindale, 40 yrs. old, with 6 children ranging in age from 4-21 yrs. Can anyone tell me if these two Martindale families are related? I don't have access to the census microfilm. I would love to see the intervening years and beyond to see what became of this family. Thank you.
