Need help finding the husband of Aurella Atkinson(Adkinson) born about 1825 in TN. Aurella was living with her mother, Sarah(Marchbanks)Atkinson in the First District of Overton Co., TN for the 1850 census. Aurella's children included Bird W, Sarah J, and Henry William Carr.
This family unit was in District 15 Putnam Co., TN for 1860 and 1870, White Plains - Buffalo Valley area. By 1880, grandson Henry Carr (b 1846) was the only one still living with his grandmother, Sarah Adkinson. Aurella(Atkinson)Carr probably was deceased by this time but what happened to Bird Carr and sister Sallie? Who was the father of these Carr children? Can't find the connection between these Carrs and the other Carr families in Putnam or Overton Co., TN for this time period.
