Enoch Holman had association with Gideon Payne 1818 time frame based on deed records.
Enoch named a son Gideon D. Payne. Enoch's daughter Melinda married a Goodman Payne probably after they moved to AL (1830 Enoch was in Pickens county AL). Enoch was born abt 1780 in SC and is believed to have been in Oglethorpe co. GA in 1801.
Looking for additional information on Enoch and his association to the other Holmans in Robertson county at this time. Who were Goodman Payne's parents?
Telitha Holman another daughter of Enoch married Valentine Martin. This family was in Pickens co. AL in 1830 too.
