I have a copy of the following persons original Tennessee Death Certificate:

Name: Beulah (Taylor) Brown
Age at Death: 20
Date of Birth: August 3, 1897 in Tennessee
Date of Death: Novemer 18, 1917 in Walter Hill, Rutherford County, TN.
Race: Colored
Parents: William Taylor and Addie Adams
Informant: Cecil Brown
