I need a date of death for Julian Reed who was born in the Scott Co., TN area in 1842. He was one of two sons born to Isaac Reed and his second wife, Pharaba McDonald. His brother was Harrison Reed. Julian and Harrison had numerous half siblings from Isaac's first marriage to Pharaba Hatfield. Julian married Talitha/Tabitha Massengale in Scott Co. in 1860. A few years later they moved to Whitley Co., KY. Julian and his third wife were still there as of the 1920 Whitley Co. census. After that, I completely lose Julian. I can't find a death certificate, burial site or anything. I know he still had strong ties to Scott Co. His brother Harrison remained there as did several half siblings, including Pharaba Reed Cecil (wife of James Timothy Cecil). Maybe Julian returned to Scott Co. after 1920 and died there? Or maybe some of his siblings' descendents might at least have knowledge of him? Any help would be appreciated. This has been a brickwall for a very long time!
