MAHALA (b. abt 1796) was the wife of HENRY HURST( b. 1794, d. aft 1860) of Sevier county.They were the parents of GEORGE WASHINGTON HURST who married CATHERINE BREEDEN dau of BRYANT BREEDEN and MARY ANN PANTHER(WEBB).I am searching for any info on MAHALA, especially her maiden name and if it is known if she was an Indian.I am also seeking any info on ANDREW BREEDEN of Sevier County in the late 1800's. He was married to MARY BREEDEN who was killed by the White Caps in 1893.Any info on any of these people will be greatly appriately and I am willing to share info that I have on these and other Tn surnames.
